Surrounded by woodland, this charming villa is the perfect secluded and serene location to get away from it all, but is still within reach of the coast for day trips.
This quaint stone villa with pretty green shutters, encircled by woodland, looks out to the Maures National Park over tiered gardens dotted with shrubs and olive trees. The interiors of the house are a pleasing blend of traditional and modern, with the wooden beams, exposed brick and terracotta tiled floors in the living room contrasting with the contemporary, neutral furnishings. The country style kitchen with delightful coloured tiles is well equipped and there is a separate utility room. On the same floor there are two double bedrooms, one with en suite bathroom, and a separate shower room. The first floor is occupied by an en suite double bedroom which opens out to a private terrace.
Outside, the terrace provides a lovely area for outdoor living with a lounge and outdoor dining area with barbecue. Steps lead down to the large private pool and patio with loungers, and there is a convenient pool house with shower room, barbecue and covered terrace adjacent. There is also a boules pitch in the grounds, perfect for entertaining groups of family or friends. The peaceful setting is less than 3km from the village of Pignans where you’ll find shops and restaurants, and if you can tear yourself away from the peace and quiet, St. Tropez and its nearby beaches are 50km away.
